Supermouse #5 - Frank Frazetta art

Supermouse #5
Supermouse v1 #5, 1948 - A baby deer that takes too many risks and a pair of friendless armadillos are the subjects of two separate Frank Frazetta tales. Relatively small in size, these illustrations accompany text stories in between the man features. Like most of his other funny animal works, Frazetta shows no lack of enthusiasm. His depiction of a wolf on "The Armor-Plated Softies" is possibly the most menacing I've seen in this genre. Other artists in this golden age comic include Al Hubbard and Jack Bradbury. This is 5 of 5 Supermouse issues by Frazetta.
