What The? v1 #15, 1991 - A day at the beach features several Marvel characters on this Marshall Rogers cover. Despite the number of figures and activities, the artist maintains a clear hierarchy. Kudos to Rogers for the high level of detail. And of course, the Sandman had to be included in this humorous farce of a cover. Other artists in this issue include Aaron Lopresti, Darren Auck, Keith Wilson and Rurik Tyler.
