Justice League Quarterly v1 #4, 1991 - Beyond the issue's two main features, Marshall Rogers draws a trio of short tales about Power Girl's adopted cat. Humorous and ironic, they match the overall tenor of the series. All three are well paced and thoughtfully composed. P. Craig Russell's inking keeps everything cohesive and consistent. Other artists in this issue include Darick Robertson, John Beatty, Jason Pearson and Randy Elliott. Cover by Kevin Maguire and Joe Rubinstein.
