Walt Disney's Comics and Stories v1 #219, 1958 - When Grandma Duck traps a coyote pup in her henhouse, Donald and the boys beg to keep him as a pet. Will their sweetness and patience change his ornery ways? Donald Duck's frequent attempts at taming the pup are the most amusing scenes in Carl Barks' story. His draftsmanship focuses on the characters' interactions and emotions to full effect. This story was later reprinted in Walt Disney's Comics and Stories #401. Other artists in this golden age comic include Paul Murry.
