Goofy Comics #30 - Frank Frazetta art

Goofy Comics #30
Goofy Comics v1 #30, 1949 - Like most funny animal text stories, the three in this issue teaches everyday lessons to younger readers. Frank Frazetta illustrates a puppy who braves a haunted house, a baby owl impatient to be wiser and a young pufferfish who encounters a bully. "The Ghost" is adequately drawn, but "The Worried Owl" has more detail and linework. Only "The Bully and the Blowfish" is sub-standard for the artist, mostly due to the small space allotted for the artwork. Other artists in this issue include Jack Bradbury. This is 11 of 16 Goofy Comics issues by Frazetta.
