Goofy Comics v1 #29, 1948 - Frank Frazetta provides the illustrations for three different stories interspersed throughout the issue. Whether it's a bear cub who finds his courage, a puppy afraid of everything or a young elephant seeking to travel the world, the artwork is finely crafted. All three occupy roughly a third of the page, giving Frazetta ample room to shine. Like many of his funny animal works, the artist signs the illustrations "Fritz". Other artists in this golden age comic include Jack Bradbury.
