New Mutants #69 - Al Williamson art, mis-attributed cover

New Mutants #69
New Mutants v1 #69, 1989 - Tensions mount among the young mutants as their mistakes nearly result in catastrophe. Lord Spyder still manages to capture them. Al Williamson joins the creative team, lending his inks to this otherworldly setting. His skillful hand on the New Mutants adds a fine polish to Bret Belvins' already enjoyable pencils. The expansive scenes on pages 18 and 23 are especially good. Cover by Blevins. This is 1 of 8 New Mutants issues by Williamson.
