Cap meets the Ghost Rider for the first time and join forces to stop him. Even at a hefty 48 pages, Al Williamson's inks is rarely seen throughout the story. A panel here, a panel there, are slightly enhanced. Lee Weeks' pencils are dominant for sure, but lack Williamson's usual polish. Wrap-around cover by Weeks.
