Supermouse #2 |
Supermouse v1 #2, 1948 - A trip of single page text stories feature a dog who can't bark, a rabbit full of conceit, and a mink despondent over his own appearance. In all three, Frank Frazetta supplies the spot illustrations. "The Quiet Pup" sorely lacks detail, but the other two roughly match the artist's standards. It especially helps that "Willie the Weasel" fills nearly half the page, commanding more attention. Other artists in this golden age comic include Ken Champin and Jack Bradbury. This is 2 of 5
