Walt Simonson |
X-Factor v1 #21, 1987 - With the death of Warren Worthington, his will states that his fortune go to his public relations guy. When the team quits X-Factor, an army of mechanized men attack them in broad daylight. Walt Simonson's cover is a step down from his interiors, which benefit from Bob Wiacek's complementary inks. As usual, Simonson's fine layouts and pacing do not disappoint. The story ends with a bombastic full page splash that leads in the next issue. This is 12 of 29
