Happy Comics #25 |
Happy Comics v1 #25, 1948 - A non-threatening lion, a contrarian weasel and a billy goat that plays too rough are the main characters in three separate text stories. Frank Frazetta continues his streak of exemplary drawings, raising the bar for the funny animal genre. Of the trio, "Dan Loses His Head" falls just below expectations due to noticeably less detail. Other artists in this golden age comic include Jack Bradbury. This is 6 of 18 Happy Comics issues by Frazetta.
