Unusual Tales #29 - Steve Ditko art

Unusual Tales v1 #29, 1961 - In love with a Beatnik girl, Stanley Moss tries to adopt her lifestyle with a little help from some martian friends. A parody of hippie culture, Steve Ditko infuses this tale with irony and humor. Not quite his genre, yet the artist puts forth his full effort. His drawings degenerate toward the end, but maintain his eclectic style. Other artists in this silver age science fiction comic include Rocco Mastroserio, Bill Molno and Vince Alascia. This is 17 of 18 Unusual Tales issues by Ditko.
