Barnyard Comics #13 - Frank Frazetta art

Barnyard Comics #13
Barnyard Comics v1 #13, 1947 - A jealous pig, a helpful sparrow and an impolite pig are the main characters of three separate Frank Frazetta tales. His illustrations for these text stories are lively, though not as well detailed as his other work on the series. "The Grateful Bear" is the artist's best drawing compositionally, partially due to its lack of a confining frame around the characters. Other artists in this golden age comic include Jack Bradbury. This is 2 of 16 Barnyard Comics issues by Frazetta.
