Back Issue v1 #31, 2003 - Dedicated to writer Steve Gerber, who passed away in 2008, this special issue covers mostly his bronze age works. His runs on Metal Men, Defenders and Man-Thing are discussed, along with his most famous creation, Howard the Duck. Frank Brunner pens an article on how Howard the Duck #1 came to be. The artist also supplies the excellent painted cover and several new drawings to commemorate the issue (see interior page below). Other artists interviewed in this fanzine include Gene Colan and Val Mayerick.
