The Complete Sky Masters of the Space Force TPB (trade paperback), 1991 - Originally published in syndicated newspapers from 1958-1961, Skymasters featured the collaborative efforts of Jack Kirby and Wally Wood. Both the daily and the previously colored Sunday strips are reprinted here in black and white. Kirby’s enthusiasm is evident in the dynamism of the pencils. Likewise, Wood inks add polish and sophistication. This obscure science fiction serial is finally collected in this book for the first time. There’s plenty to enjoy for fans of both seminal comic book artists.
