World of Mystery v1 #3, 1956 - Much to the concern of a government agent, a college professor gains notoriety for his theory of cosmic harmony. Steve Ditko delivers a fine effort, starting with his opening panel of two rapt but visually interesting faces. The remaining pages show a high level of detail, sometimes competing with the characters' dialogue. Other artists in this golden age horror comic include Jack Davis, Ed Winiarski, Marie Severin, Angelo Torres and Manny Stallman. Cover by Bill Everett.
