Secret Origins v3 #19 starring Uncle Sam and the Guardian, 1987 - Jack Kirby partially pencils this cover featuring the Guardian, a hero he created with Joe Simon during the 1940s. Drawn in his latter years, Kirby's hand is not what is used to be. Still, it's rare to see a cover signature by the master. Other artists in this copper age comic include Arvell Jones and Greg Theakson.
