Out of This World v2 #10, 1958 - A caller into the National Weather bureau is able to make stunningly accurate forecasts. Consequently, a scientist decides to steal whatever method or machine he might have. Though distinctive, Steve Ditko's drawings are minimal and show a noticeable lack of effort. Making things worse is the simple six-panel grid employed on nearly every page. Still early in his career, Ditko seems to have sped up production on the his numerous Charlton stories.
