Thrilling Comics v1 #72, 1948 - One of his last Looie Lazybones tales, Frank Frazetta's drawings are looser and less clearly defined than previous issues. Uncle Bashful sends a heartfelt proposal to the brutish Widder Hefty, who prefers to marry Looie instead. Some visual details are sketchy, even sloppy in more than a few panels. Frazetta’s main character is also more realistic, looking out of place in a humor strip. Other artists in this issue include Ruben Moreira and Art Saaf. Cover by Alex Schomburg. This is 7 of 8 Thrilling Comics issues by Frazetta.
