Weird Mystery Tales #4 - Jim Starlin art

Weird Mystery Tales #4
Weird Mystery Tales v1 #4, 1972 - One of his earliest works for DC, Jim Starlin draws a tale of a bank robber taking refuge in a dilapidated hotel. The art falls short of expectations, yet Starlin makes full use of the two pages. Building suspense with a series of small, even-sized panels, a climactic full page is revealed at the end. Other artists in this bronze age comic include Ruben Yandoc, Bill Draut, Romy Gamboa and Michael Kaluta. Cover by Jim Aparo.
