Noman v1 #2, 1966 - Dynamo makes an appearance this issue, battling his fellow T.h.u.n.d.e.r. Agent. Noman, the title character, is more easily seen than the previous cover, despite being invisible.
Wally Wood delivers a typically well laid out and executed scene. A nice artistic touch is the array of overhead lights above, adding a bit of perspective in an otherwise dark and undefined setting. Note also how the blue shape behind the masthead forms an arc, effectively framing the action scene. Other artists in this silver age comic include Ogden Whitney and Chic Stone. This is 2 of 2
