| Unknown Worlds #49 |
Unknown Worlds v1 #49, 1966 - Borrowing the title from a Frank Sinatra movie, this tale of a professional baseball player bears no resemblance to the film. Steve Ditko ekes out this tale with seemingly little effort, often crowding the panels with repetitive drawings. Sad to say, his work for the American Comics Group is less memorable as a whole than than that of competing publishers. Other artists in this silver age science fiction comic include George Wilhelms, Odgen Whitney. Cover by Lou Wahl.
