Walt Disney's Comics and Stories #266
Walt Disney's Comics and Stories v1 #266, 1962 - Applying for the rugged job of forest ranger, Donald Duck finds more than he bargained for when counting bighorn sheep. Carl Barks does his usual fine job, revealing a love for the great outdoors in his spacious illustrations. This commentary of modern society is especially funny with Barks' stereotypically spoiled cityfolk (pages 1-2). Other characters featured in this issue include Mickey Mouse, Goofy, Big Bad Wolf and Gyro Gearloose. Other artists in this silver age comic include Paul Murry.
