Walt Disney's Comics and Stories v1 #202, 1957 - Drought threatens to ruin Uncle Scrooge's crops, forcing him to seek the rainmaking services of a Kakimaw indian medicine man. While mostly set in the forest of the Pacific Northwest, Carl Barks opens the tale with an idyllic summer portrait of backyard suburbia. This story was later reprinted in Walt Disney's Comics and Stories #381. Other stories in this issue feature Mickey Mouse, Pluto and Lil Bad Wolf. Other artists in this golden age comic include Paul Murry. This is 162 of 280 Walt Disney's Comics and Stories issues by Barks.
