Alpha Flight v1 #4, 1983 - Sub-Mariner and the Invisible Girl join forces with Alpha Flight, challenging the world domineering plans of the Master.
John Byrne does a remarkable job depicting the villain's vast complex under the Arctic. Despite some odd mis-coloring on page 11, the drawings are solidly executed. Perhaps most impressive are the horizontal panels (pages 20-21) that sequence a massive explosion and its aftermath. Quite frankly, Byrne's cover of Marinna is a bit too roughly drawn for my tastes.
