Dynamo #2 - Wally Wood art & cover

Dynamo v1 #2 tower 1960s silver age comic book cover art by Wally Wood
Wally Wood
Dynamo v1 #2, 1966 - Wally Wood's Samson-esque themed cover is one of his most arresting on the series. The broken columns and falling debris create dimensional shapes that add interest to the background. Three of the four Dynamo stories are drawn by Wood with the help of various assistants. Dan Adkins more likely contributed to all of them, but receives credit (pencils?) on only the second tale. Coincidentally, the opening splash to "S.p.i.d.e.r. Strikes at Sea" has a vitality lacking on some of the other pages. Other artists in this silver age comic include Mike Sekowsky and George Tuska. This is 2 of 4 Dynamo issues by Wood
