Showcase v1 #13, 1958 - A jewelry store is robbed by a new villain and his crew. Wearing an oxygenated mask, Mister Element commits crimes using gadgets and his knowledge of natural elements. Gold, sodium, vanadium, silicon, magnesium and others are used to thwart the Flash from capturing him. This John Broome story was drawn by Carmine Infantino and Joe Giella.
