Detective Comics v1 #370, 1967 - Bruce Wayne's childhood bully returns as Gotham's most notorious thief. As Batman, he sets out to stop him but his own psychological trauma holds him back. While touted as Neal Adams' first cover on the series, he only provided the inks over Carmine Infantino's pencils. The results are adequate but a bit disappointing. Adams would eventually earn the right to complete his own covers in subsequent issues. Note the villain's garb is not used in the interior story. Other artists in this comic include Sheldon Moldoff, Joe Giella, Sid Greene and Gil Kane.
