Adventure Comics v1 #290, 1961 - The Legion of Super-heroes' newest member arrives in Smallville, asking Superboy for his aid in completing a series of tasks. Coincidentally, a runaway boy who resembles Clark Kent takes his place at home and in school. Sun Boy, who initially has sinister intentions, makes his first appearance.
