Amazing Spider-man #36 - Steve Ditko art & cover + 1st Looter

Steve Ditko
Amazing Spider-man v1 #36, 1966 - Norman G. Fester finds a recently landed meteorite, but is unable to secure funds for scientific research. Exposed to meteorite gas, he gains enhanced strength and commits robberies as the Looter. Steve Ditko's cover is a bit awkward in both layout and figure drawing, but his interior artwork is solid. As he nears the end of his run on this title, his impact on the character is clear.
