House of Secrets #64 |
House of Secrets v1 #64, 1963 - Flying to the Caribbean, a plane is hijacked then rerouted to an obscure South American country. On board, Dr. Bruce Gordon and company are tasked with solving the mystery behind a jungle's instantaneous growth. The convoluted plot is nonetheless adroitly pencilled and inked by
Alex Toth. This Eclipso tale (his second of the series) benefits from the artist's renditions of exotic locales. This story was later reprinted in
World's Finest Comics #228. Other artists in this silver age comic include Mort Meskin. Cover by Jack Sparling. This is 3 of 8
