Detective Comics v1 #469, 1977 - Fifty people succumb to a mysterious illness, brought upon by the vengeful Doctor PhosphorusWalt Simonson's pencils lose their luster mostly due to Al Milgrom's sloppy inking. Figures and especially faces are poorly defined. Unfortunately, Simonson's efforts or recognizable only in the page layouts. Note that this issue marks Phosphorus' origin and first appearance.
