Teen-age Romance #86 - Jack Kirby art & cover

Jack Kirby
Teen-age Romance v1 #86, 1962 - Jack Kirby's cover is mediocre, but manages to push the boundaries of perspective convincingly. Inside, the artist draws three stories, nearly filling the issue with recognizable but flawed works. On "He Never Even Noticed", Kirby does try to make the first scene more interesting, adding background details such as paths, trees and a pair of curious squirrels. "He Never Even Noticed" was later reprinted in My Love v2 #10. Other artists in this issue include Gene Colan. This is number 3 of 3 Teen-age Romance issues with Kirby art and/or covers.
