The Unexpected #195 - Nestor Redondo art

The Unexpected #195, 1980 - People disappear and UFOs are sighted in a Nevada desert, dubbed by the press as the "Sagebrish Triangle". Nestor Redondo illustrates the aliens and their city with a decorative flourish reminiscent of the old Flash Gordon strips. It looks a bit out of place for a bronze age story, but the artist's drawings are impressive in their detail. This tale is among Redondo's last works for DC. Other artists in this issue include E.R. Cruz, Ric Estrada, Romeo Tanghal, Johnny Craig and Luis Domingez (cover). This is number 7 of 7 Unexpected issues with Redondo art and/or covers.
