E-Man #10 - John Byrne art

E-Man #10, 1975 - With this issue, Rog 2000 makes his final appearance in this bronze age title. John Byrne, his creator and artist, pits the robot against a swamp monster (a character type found all too often in the 1970s). The inks are fairly heavy-handed throughout, lacking sensitivity in certain scenes. Byrne's drawing of a church cathedral on page five is especially sloppy.
