Battlestar Galactica v1 #19, 1980 - Leaving Scavenge World in an ancient ship, Starbuck returns to the fleet with some valuable information. Innovative layouts and page sequences are hallmarks of Walt Simonson's work, which he uses here to enhance the story. Equally impressive are his spaceship designs, drawn with creativity and enthusiasm. The artist's cover concept is clever, but less effective due to its crude execution. This is number 11 of 14 Battlestar Galactica issues with Simonson art and/or covers.
