Prize Comics Western #113 - Al Williamson / Frank Frazetta, Williamson art

Prize Comics Western #113
Prize Comics Western v1 #113, 1955 - Two brothers use card games to cheat miners out of their gold and an army deserter terrorizes a small town. Both American Eagle stories are competently drawn by Al Williamson. In "Mississippi Card Sharps", John Severin's roughly applied strokes on the first tale are a bit heavy handed, but in general maintain the integrity of the pencils. "The Iron Shirt" is a little better due to finer lines on the opening page and a handful of panels. Frank Frazetta's partial contribution makes a noticable impact nonetheless. This is 2 of 2 Prize Comics Western issues by Williamson and 1 of 1 Prize Comics Western issues by Frazetta.
