Warp v1 #5, 1983 - Frank Brunner's pencils are merely adequate in this continuing adaption of the science fiction play. Aside from an eyecatching opening splash, the artwork falls short of expectations. Bruce Patterson continues as series inker, resulting in mostly stiffly rendered figures and faces. This is number 5 of 9 Warp issues with Brunner art and/or covers. See today's posts or more Brunner or Warp issues.See also this blog's Brunner checklist or Top 10 Brunner comics.
