Secrets of Haunted House #4 - Nestor Redondo art

Secrets of Haunted House #4, 1975 -
On the intro page, Cain and the Witch delight in watching his brother's near death predicament. Nestor Redondo's deft brushwork even makes dark humor pleasing to the eye. The artist also contributes a short story of a female gold digger, feigning interest in birds to attract a wealthy old man. Redondo's drawings generally meet expectations, but it's his realistic depictions of parrots, peacocks and other birds that elevate the artwork. Other artists in this issue include E.R. Cruz and Paul Kirchner. This is number 2 of 4 Secrets of Haunted House issues with Redondo art and/or covers. See today's posts or more Redondo or Secrets of Haunted House issues. Dear Pencil & Ink,
I am looking for a story published in a Joe Orlando edited horror / mystery comic. The story's title was 'A Hand for Mr.---'. (I forget the specific name in the title; could have been Mr. Jones, Mr. Smith or ...?)
If you knew of this story, could you please email me the issue title, number and date. I'd appreciate it.Thanks
