2-Gun Western v1 #4, 1956 - Two bank robbers escape to a remote ranch, just as one begins to doubt his criminal actions. Steve Ditko opens with a generously large panel that quickly establishes the nighttime setting. Subsequent pages display a keen sense of layout and masterful storytelling. Additionally, Ditko's drawings are thoughtfully and acutely rendered (see interior page below).
