Strange Adventures #208 - Neal Adams art & cover

Strange Adventures v1 #208 dc 1960s silver age comic book cover art by Neal Adams
Neal Adams
Strange Adventures v1 #208 featuring Deadman, 1968 - Remembering his conflict with another costumed aerialist, Deadman investigates whether the Eagle is responsible for his murder. Neal Adams' drawings continue to impress with their tensile figures and skillful foreshortening. The fight that begins on the high wire culminates in a victorious Deadman arm-twisting his foe into submission. The two-page wide panel is made more dramatic due to the overlaid halftone screens. While competent, Adams' cover only hints at the superb draftsmanship inside. This is number 3 of 15 Strange Adventures issues with Adams art and/or covers.
