Exposed v1 #1, 1948 - One of many crime comics that proliferated in the late forties, Exposed told of real exploits from different eras. This first issue opens with the robberies of George Leslie and his gang in the late 1800s. A criminal mastermind, he robbed banks of over one million dollars. Notably, this is the only cover on the series with a horrific element. Artists in this issue include H.R. Kiefer.
