Extra v1 #1, 1955 - One of EC's post-horror titles, Extra focused on stories from a journalistic point of view. In this first issue's opening tale, a tip emerges that an ex-Nazi is running guns from the US to Costa. Reporter Keith Michaels flies to a small island in Cuba to investigate. Other stories have similar elements of danger. Interior artwork provided by Johnny Craig, John Severin and Reed Crandall. Cover by Craig.
