Richie Rich Dollars and Cents v1 #1, 1963 - At the beach, Richie, Pee Wee and Freckles pretend to dig for buried treasure. Nearby, Reginald Van Dough plans to make mischief. He creates a fake treasure map for them to find and follow. Fortunately, Richie is on to him. This first issue was later reprinted in Harvey Collectors Comics #5.

Ha - I love how Richie goes to the beach in his suit! Seems like we rarely saw him in any other clothing.
