MD v1 #1, 1955 - Realistic stories of the medical profession are told in this EC Comics title. Opening this first issue is a chronology of mankind's ailments and remedies. From prehistoric cavemen to medieval times to present day, the overall progress of examination and treatment is evident. All tales are drawn with empathy and sincerity, thanks to artists Reed Crandall, George Evans, Graham Ingels and Joe Orlando. Cover by Johnny Craig.
