Inferior Five v1 #1, 1967 - A government agency named with the acronym C.o.u.s.i.n.F.r.e.d. summons the goofy quintet. Merryman, Awkwardman, Dumb Bunny, White Feather and the Blimp are tasked with finding a criminal organization comprised of equally inept costumed villains. This first issue follows the Inferior Five's initial appearances in Showcase #62 and #63. E. Nelson Bridwell's story was drawn by Mike Sekowsky and Mike Esposito. Cover by Sekowsky and Esposito.
