Namora v1 #1, 1948 - A cousin of the Sub-mariner, Namora first appeared in Marvel Mystery Comics #82. This first issue marks her first and only self-titled series in the golden age. From preventing the theft of ancient treasures in Mexico to helping a diamond merchant in China, the sea beauty gives aid where she can. Although the cover was drawn by Ken Bald, two out of three tales inside are lavishly drawn by Bill Everett. /// key 1st issue
