The Ren & Stimpy Show v1 #1, 1992 - Created by John Kricfalusi, this animated cartoon first appeared on Nickeledeon a year earlier. Featuring a raging chihuahua named Ren and a dim-witted cat named Stimpy, the show was known for its dark, edgy humor and loud visuals. Note that first printings of this first issue were encased in a polybag and contained a scratch and sniff insert. All stories were written by Dan Slott and drawn by Mike Kazaleh. Cover by Kazaleh.
