Invaders v1 #1, 1967 - An architect stumbles upon the start of an alien invasion. He takes steps to thwart their plans, despite the disbelief of authorities, friends and neighbors. Gold Key debuts this first issue, following the ABC television show. This science fiction program capitalized on the public's interest in UFOs, but ran for only two seasons.
