(Hanna-Barbera) The Addams Family v1 #1, 1974 - Created in the late 1930s by Charles Addams, Gomez, Morticia, Uncle Fester, Lurch, Wednesday and Pugsly migrated from single panel newspaper strips to live action television by the 1960s. Hanna-Barbera studios subsequently produced a Saturday morning cartoon in the 1970s, which forms the basis for this first issue.
